"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."

"The hotel is new and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Customer service was excellent, everyone was very professional, friendly and caring. The restaurant/cafe next to the hotel had great options at reasonable prices. We'd definitely stay here again! "

"The property aesthetic is beautiful! They have plants all over making it even more appealing. The staff was very friendly,the bartender at the rooftop made the BEST drinks. The pool and the rooftop views were amazing. Security guard Jose made us feel safe and provided great recommendations. The room was clean , there is an ant problem if you leave any food or sweets out so be careful leaving that out. The bathroom shower rainfall head does cause a lot of water spray but just keep your slippers...

"Exceptional service. Treated my family and I with the utmost respect. Jefferson and Alejandro are solid individuals. This place was extremely nice, in a very nice area near everything. Breakfast was buffet style with many varieties. We wished we stayed longer. "

"Fiquei 12 noites nesse apart hotel durante uma recuperação cirúrgica. Foi uma surpresa maravilhosa quando entrei no quarto. Cozinha grande com mesa, geladeira e microondas. quarto confortável , travesseiros confortáveis, cobertor quentinha, ar condicionado... Café da manhã super gostoso. Fui super bem tratada pelo pessoal da recepção, limpeza de todos que trabalham ali. Super recomendo!"

"Only managed to spend 3hrs due to a delayed flight and rescheduled flight out. However, we chose Almarena Puerto Retiro Affiliated by Melia due to it's proximity to AEP airport, which was just 15-20mins drive away. The hotel is essentially serviced apartments - the room was clean and extremely spacious with a kitchenette, large king size bed etc. Didn't get to look at the other facilities, but on first impressions, would be happy to book this away. "
