Family friendly Hotels in South America

"Hotel las Americas is a very nice hotel, lots of pools to chose from. Proximity to the airport makes this a great place to stay. Some of the rooms are a bit outdated, we had to call to have the water pressure and hot water adjusted twice and they responded right away. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. "

"Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely.
