"The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant. The resort was extremely clean. They were even painting one of the buildings as im sure they constantly have to do. Having the resort located just a block away from 5th Ave was wonderful and convenient for nightly walks. The entertainment was very provocative and would have preferred something a little bit more wholesome "

"The room was excellent. Although....a real door to the bathroom would have been appreciated. The glass door that doesn't go to the floor seems like an odd 'privacy' compromise. Service at the VIP restaurant was inconsistent, from excellent to average The beach is beautiful and great for long walks, but the water is tough to swim. The VIP swimming pools and beach lounge areas are great.. Other pools are not heated and cold. The facilities are beautiful. Lots of bars and easy to...

"We had a very nice stay here. We found that it was suited more towards families and there wasn’t too much for adults to do. Property itself was beautiful and clean. Food was good just wished there was more variety. "

"The property is clean, love the scent of the lobby, a bit dated though. We probably came during off peak times before spring break so it's not that crowded which was good so you have a good quiet time. You cannot adjust the thermostat in your room, it only goes either 69F or 70F. So this came as a big surprise for us. In the pool area, they always run out of floaters, guests were hoarding it even if they were not using it. Floaters were "parked" in the guest rooms where they are swim walk outs....

"I genuinely enjoy the pools, and the resort is close to everything. However, the rooms need to be cleaned more frequently. The bedskirt in my room had stains all over it. The buffet staff also needs better training. They provide different levels of services based on people's race. I don't understand why people have to request coffee and condiments daily for the room, and then they don't even deliver them."

"The property was beautiful. Communication was difficult as many workers did not speak English. Reservations should be available for the steakhouse. You had to get there for 5;30 to then get a dinner slot. And the experience there was not to expectation. "
