"It was not our first time here but the first with this brand. We loved it because from the time you arrive till you leave they make you feel like you’re the most important guest ever. Location is excellent a block away from the main plaza. They are pet friendly just be aware that there’s a surcharge of $17 usd per night. Even thou is super busy and noisy outside, they have really good noise control throughout the hotel. They do serve breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace or they have a Starbucks in the first floor if you prefer. The whole staff is friendly and bilingual so don’t be afraid to speak in English. Definitely coming back on my next trip. Well done! "

"Gorgeous, gorgeous old hotel. The room was very large. Beautiful courtyard right outside our room. Chairs to lounge in, flowers and fountains. The concierge was super helpful in arranging travel and dinners. My massage was absolutely wonderful. The pool was warm in January. We didn’t have a meal there but it looked great. Walk to all central sights and so many great restaurants nearby. We will return for World Cup 26!"

"Amazing! We visited over Christmas and can not speak highly enough about this resort. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the restaurants were great, and the level of detail and cleanliness across the resort was impeccable. Tons of activities for both adults and children. The coffee shop/cafe was downright amazing! We will most definitely return. This is the perfect resort if you want to travel with children! "
