The staff were amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing too. The resort is located in such a perfect location. There is a mall, pharmacy, convenience store, etc all closeby! There are so many activities to do everyday. We loved the aqua zumba especially. I recommend this resort to any first time visitors to Cancun.

This property was average with plenty of potential! The shows were very good and the beach was fantastic. But the food variety was poor and only one buffet area. They need more chairs as opposed to loungers in all the pool areas. Need more bar tenders in lobby area!

I booked a vacation in early Nov for a Feb stay. When we got there we were booted to a different resort so Tucancun could accommodate a large business party. Not cool. I had to travel on my birthday, checking out at 11am and not being allowed a room at the resort I actually booked at until 3pm even with a request for this 2 days prior. Entertainment in the quad area after 10pm disrupts those who turn in early, use the auditorium. Costa's food is great, Tucancun is lacking, it's the same every night. Having different desserts would be great, too. The staff is awesome, though. Not sure if we'll book here again and we have been to both places before.
