"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. "A high quality hotel with bungalows set in impeccably manicured gardens with beautiful flowers and birdlife. Rooms were large and scrupulously clean, decor slightly plain. Staff were generally helpful and curteous, but we did have one problem in the restaurant with slow service which revealed the customer is not always seen to be right in this hotel! I read a recommendation to stick to the Costa Rican dishes, which we found to be good advice."

"Jessica, our concierge, was absolutely amazing, god bless her. Every demand, question, reservation we had, she had an answer to and made it happen. It was my mother’s birthday and she set up happy bday balloons in our room for her when we got back to the room from lunch. The staff, the food, and the experience was all great. Will be returning."

"Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working. So you’re eating and sweating. The pool service by Carlos and Fernando was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Staff was all great. Would definitely stay here again and I hope that AC gets fixed asap! "
