"First time in Cancun and first time at this property. I understand why many folks seem to come back for more. Our stay was magical! The food and drinks were delicious. All of the staff was super nice and accommodating. I would say this should be your choice if you're looking to enjoy a nice and quiet vacation. It's a little far from the "town" so cab prices are high if you plan on doing some exploration outside of the resort. We only left once during our stay to visit Isla Mujeres, and although...

"The property infrastructure maintenance doesn’t get a 5 star for me but it is clean and attractive. The location next to the park and walkable to Bellas Artes and the Zocalo (at a push) is really in the middle of so much that is wonderful about Mexico City. Plus it is close to Hidalgo subway station. If you chose to take the subway from the airport you must take the yellow line which is accessible by a red city bus near to door 4 in terminal 2… pack light because there are no elevators "

"This was my third stay at Live Aqua, and it only reaffirmed why I keep returning to this resort. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing trip. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome; they are incredibly hardworking, warm, and attentive. The dining options were spectacular, each meal featured fresh ingredients.
