Hotels with Entertainment in Cancun

"Staff and location were wonderful as always. Two things that could have made the stay better would be if the hotel invested in heating at least the main pool. We barely went in because it was frigid. Also, I love the entertainment team. They always work so hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable, included and entertained.
