.they made us wait over an hour and then gave us the wrong room said they didn’t have the one we booked available. They would not offer any other options just saying in this room and all 3 of you need to sleep in the king bed until we can try and get you another room tomorrow

"The staff is incredible. They go above and beyond to make you happy. The food options at each restaurant is amazing, and each meal is absolutely delicious- just as if you are home. The resort and the rooms physically seem a bit tired. I’m not sure exactly how old it is but I know it is one of the older resorts of the Excellence chain. I do hope they make some renovation improvements. "
