"Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working. So you’re eating and sweating. The pool service by Carlos and Fernando was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Staff was all great.
