"In-room food area was good. Free aperatifs were great! Great, safe neighbourhood, with easy access to Earl's Court tube station. The room was slightly cold, but warm once under the covers!"

"Cancelled our break with only 2 weeks notice! Very difficult to rebook with such short notice around the Christmas period! "

"Convenient and location plus kitchenette. The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber. My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges. "

"Brilliant place to stay! Staff fantastic and super helpful. Room well appointed and comfy. Kitchenette, a real bonus!! Tube very close, M &S and eating spots too. Lovely walk past Buckingham Palace through park to Piccadilly area. "

"Never received check-in info with door codes, luckily someone was working in the bar at the time and was able to look up our reservation. We came at check in time and room still wasn't even clean. Otherwise its not a dirty place, location is also not bad."

Extremely Comfortable

"Following an 18-hour flight, this was a welcome rest; the service was impeccable. With only two elevators and one in repair, the transition between floors was slow. The breakfast was busy but good and was of value for the money. I slept very comfortably for 12 hours. It was amazing. thank you "

"I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect.
