"I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "

La limpieza sólo pongo un ejemplo: ropa sucia en los cajones que me imagino que de otros huéspedes anteriores. Olor a humedad en la planta baja . En general no lo recomiendo a nadie este sitio. Me parece una tomadura de pelo. Relación calidad precio , un robo."

"Overall property and rooms were clean. Room and bathroom sizes are large. Carpets are clean but old . They could be replaced with hardwood or other materials. Otherwise excellent place to stay"

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "The hotel staff very helpful and friendly when checking inand through my stay, the rooms are clean and welcoming. There was a great deal in the restaurant for a two course meal, and a good choice on the menu. Food was very good, and the staff service was very good in the restaurant too. The location for me was perfect as 20 mins from Dublin airport and 15 mins to the site I was visiting. Liked the Spa which had a gym, pool, Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, the steam room though could do with a...
