"It was a last minute decision to stay but the staff at reception (Caitriona) was excellent. So friendly , humorous and very efficient. She's a keeper! As was the host for dinner and the bar staff afterwards, all courteous and efficient.. Great staff I have to stay. Food ( lamb) was top class. Room was lovely and comfortable an d a great rate for a last minute booking.. Excellent all around."

"Family room is spacious. Have chairs for all 4 of us. Beds are nice. Only con: both drains in the bath tub and the wash basin are kind of plugged up. Water drains very slowly. Suggestions: a small fridge and microwave in the family room would be nice. Due to the time differences between North American & here, we get hungry at late nights. A hot snack would be so great!"

"We had a good stay. Two issues the swimming was freezing given the weather at this time of year in the west of Ireland it would be good to have the pool warmer as the kids wanted out after 20-30mins due to it being to cold. The other the staff in hotel were lovely and very accommodating however they were very young and food service was at times slow. For breakfast in the morning it took a long time to refill the food items."

"Lovely well kept hotel. Rooms are getting tired however the downstairs and communal areas are beautifully well kept. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The restaurant food was good although the chips were undercooked each time we had them. The breakfast was beautiful all three mornings - not one complaint! The reception staff were lovely, bright and friendly. The restaurant staff were friendly except one chap who seemed very stressed and short when we asked for a simple table of four. All in...
