"I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The hotel is unmanned and you need a passcode to enter into the lock on the front door to get in. I had a lot of trouble getting as the number on the website was wrong. Even once I got in I could not figure out how to lock my door from the outside. I was quite afraid of leaving my stuff there in an unlocked room so I stayed in my room for most of one day and then just gave in for the rest of the trip! The cleaning lady asked me to pay for my room in cash, which I found weird! I thought I had...

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "Our stay at the Metro was great. The Shuttle picked us up at the Airport and our driver was very helpful - he had a lot of helpful information about transportation options and tips on using them. We ate at the restaurant the first night. Food was very good and the restaurant was very nice. The Hotel is about 20 minutes or so from downtown Dublin but the staff called us a taxi one day and one day we took the bus ( and the restaurant had change for the bus). The shuttle also took us back...
