Mehdi, Hakeem and Paul were helpful in every way, Important to note: this property does not have a lift/elevator and is an old British building which means narrow, steep stairs. The staff will carry your bags for you, but climbing 5 flights of stairs left me winded! My single room was clean and comfortable, but very small. Dimensions were roughly 6 feet wide by 8 feet long. "This stay surpassed my expectations. I think a lot of the London hotels could learn from this one. The staff were so friendly (especially Tomas in the restaurant) and it so often isn’t the case nowadays. The price was on a par with a Premier Inn but the service was excellent. Comfortable beds ans amazing shower. There is noise from the extractor fans if at the back of the hotel (many rooms are) but my daughter loves falling asleep to white noise and I wear eye plugs so no issue for us really....

"A nice hotel with friendly front desk, a solid breakfast, and perfectly sufficient room space, especially for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, it was nice to have a desk to sit at, and even in a small space, there were some nice touches that were helpful. Like a place to sit your phone when the plug is a bit high, or the hooks on the wall for additional things. The bathroom, while tiny, was modern. Loved the area of this hotel, close to so many major tourist spots but also fun to just walk...

Café da manhã muito vasto, com opções glúten free. Quarto com tábua e ferro de passar roupas, além de secador de verdade (as mulheres me entenderão)! Não há kit de banheiro com itens de banho, apenas shampoo, condicionador e creme para o corpo. Localização boa, andamos, e conseguimos nos deslocar com os transportes disponíveis...
