"Friendly staff and suite was amazing. Very spacious. Just a shame the water/shower dripped at night and room above (206) was so loud. Tried to call downstairs 4 times to no answer. In the morning when I got through they were kind to give me a late check out due to disrupted sleep. "

"Perfect location. We were there for one week and took the tube only twice. We were Able to walk to Trafalgar square in less than two minutes to visit the national museum and the portrait museum. A 10 minute walk to buckingham palace and the London Eye; 10 minute walk to Piccadilly; 20 minute walk to science and National history museum and British museum. Breakfast good but a bit pricey for 28 pounds. Staff very very nice and helpful. Reponded to requests within minutes Going in February we got really good prices "

Sri was still a greeter and remembered us even though we haven't been back since pre-Covid. It was a pleasure to be greeted every morning when we came down to venture this great city. "Lovely hotel, close to all the amenities. Great food and junior suite we stayed in was perfect. Only negative was the room was quite noisy due to a single glazed window being an old building so didn’t have a restful sleep."
