This was a great stay to be in the center of Old Town Edinburgh. We lucked out with how amazing this hotel was and where it was located. It is literally on the street from St Giles Cathedral and Scott monument was visible through our hotel window! Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. Everything we needed for our one stay. We did have a problem with a gurgling noice in our room late at night and early in the morning that appeared to be coming from the ceiling in the bedroom. Not sure if that was from whoever stay above us showering or using the bathroom or what. Otherwise it was perfect!

The Fraser Suites Edinburgh is in a unique location! Pleasantly quiet, there is enough space in the apartments for 3 people. We were on the 7th floor with a tremendous view. The breakfast is good, offers not too little and not too much. The people working at the hotel are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Two points of criticism: a) that there was no hairdryer in the bathroom (contrary to the room description), especially with two youngsters traveling with us; This should really be standard in every hotel and b) the sofa bed should be replaced with one of higher quality. Healthy, good sleep should be the top priority, especially in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed it very much.
