"This hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location cannot be beat. The pool and hot tub were great. The small restaurant downstairs was perfect for coffee in the mornings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! The gym equipment was limited and some of the fixtures in the room were not the best (tub stop didn’t work and the A/C wasn’t very good) but every thing else was excellent. These were minimal issues in comparison to the quality of everything...

"Neighbourhood: Fairly clean, mostly just have to worry about dog-owners not picking up. 10-15 min walk to numerous areas with lots of restaurants (Union St, Chestnut St, Polk St, Ghirardelli Square). Transit: Excellent. Bus stop directly in front and across the street. You can get to/from the airport with a bus and train ride (about 60-90 min).
