"Loved the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, safe parking, and good location only ½ mile from Ghirardelli Square. Our only hiccup—we were in a room facing Lombard Street and it was SO loud all night. The hotel itself was extremely quiet. We didn't hear a peep from any of our heighbors. The street noise (which typically doesn’t bother me that much) was extreme. If it weren't for that, I probably wpuld have slept very well because the mattress was very firm and comfortable and...
