Treasure Island used to be on par with any of the casinos and hotels on the strip. It’s definitely beginning to show its age. From the musty smell that hits you get as soon as you open the main doors to walking through the casino floor, it just looks and smells old. The rooms are grossly outdated. They are just a step above a motel 6 or red roof inn. Fresh towels brought to the room had hairs on them that l were certainly not ours. The rooms have no debris on them just the latch. There are staff cleaning and vacuuming the carpets but the counters in the room were dusty. We had a view of the strip, but the windows apparently have not been cleaned in 30 years. They are filled with smear, dirt and grime. Overall, it was a decent stay but this property needs some serious updating and a deep cleaning.

First off I would like to say I will never stay here ever again. Our rooms bathroom shower had zero water pressure, Jesus himself cried harder than our showers water pressure. The shower had orange mold on the head and black mold in the corners of the shower walls. I went and asked for a new room at the desk and they told me they would send someone to check it out and yet no one came and or was I notified of the anyone coming to check. Second our door would bang every time there was a draft created from something. Waking us up through out the night. Spending $600 for two nights with $90 for a resort fee to have a dirty none usable shower and food service in the COFFEE SHOP that was way over priced for Vegas. The only fair priced food and impeccable service was at Gilleys. The food was great and service was just as good. We normally stay at other hotels but due to the our favorite hotel being booked up we had to stay here. We have stayed in hotels in the middle of Podunk UTAH that have had better accommodations that a so called Vegas resort. Thanks but no thanks and Vegas CEOs wonder why people are not wanting to spends thousands in Vegas anymore.

Free parking was the best part. In house stores and restaurant employees were rude. Bell man asked me for gratuities before I even had a chance to give. Eye roll from gilley staff because we didn’t order alcohol. Staff always cleaning. Just an old property. Nice location

It's in a great location if you want to be on the strip! The rooms were nice. The parking garage is very dark at night. Not many amenities. Doubtful that we would return.

When I checked in and clearly spelled my name, the man at the front desk said that I had reserved 2 rooms. I told him I did not. He insisted twice more before confirming the person I spoke to when I made the reservation. I told him I did everything online and never spoke to anyone. Then, he looked up my name again correctly. Had I been doubtful about my reservation, I certainly would have panicked. He should have verified with me immediately when I told him that his information was incorrect. His actions were unprofessional. Not the best first experience when staying at a new facility. I won’t be staying there again.

I been four times this year but nobody helped me tracked my gambling with game card. Was looking to do more gambling to earn points and free rooms. Other hotels help remind you of points and using cards. Wish I did that more over year. Loved staying but that is only thing. Want to gain more credit.
