Not worth the price, IMHO. Swimming pool no jacuzzi. The changing room was closed. There is a grab-and-go food kiosk next to the reception. It is NOT grab-and-go. You need to pay at the reception. If there is a long line up, then it is long wait! You should add a pay machine next to the grab-and-go so that we can pay by credit card or charge through room just by tapping our room card, now that would have been grab-and-go!convenient from Terminal 3 of airport, but I arrived from Terminal 4, needed to first take the bus to Terminal 2, then the train to T3. Facilities are getting old. At least clean and good service.

Excellent property, very convenient location. Just didn’t have the extra bed ready on arrival. It took quite a while to get one and by then we were even more exhausted and unhappy. Apart from this it’s great for transiting through Singapore

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for just one night after arriving from Australia. It was very convenient being located within the airport. The check in process was a breeze and the staff on reception were very helpful. The hotel room was spacious and luxurious. It was a pity we were only there for one night, but we were flying out the following day. I'd definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza and will almost definitely stay there the next time we're in Singapore.
