"We were disappointed there was no microwave to warm up leftovers. Also, there was an issue with getting into our room by 3pm, and then not being able to look up our room over the phone."

"It was a good trip with a nice hotel. The room was renovated and clean exept some finger prints on the glass on the desk. The ice machine on the floor was broken, so we have to go to another level to have ice. My cousin has receive an old room who needs cleaning and the hotel change it for another clean One nearer of us."

"The hotel is located right across the street from the Bellagio. It’s a great location. The outside entrance is pretty dirty and crowded with solicitors and street performers. It was hard to even get through all the mess right at the entrance of the hotel. We walked a lot of the other hotels and none had the number of solicitors that Planet Hollywood did. On the positive side, we went to a show at PHlive and it was so convenient. Our room was clean and spacious as well. I probably will stay...
