"Hotel was very busy with New Years travelers. They had lots of fun activities especially for their Caesar Rewards members. All in all a fun weekend. The hotel is one of the older hotels and our room was large but old and basic. The bathroom was nice and had been updated with a nice shower and vanity. "

"I had 2 issues. First, the digital key on my phone wouldn’t work in one of the elevators. It had worked a few times before so it wasn’t operator error. I chose to get plastic cards just in case. Then the next day, the plastic key wouldn’t work, but the digital key did. Other guests were saying they had multiple problems with the keys in elevators as well. Second, the water in my shower had two temperatures 2nd degree burn, or 3rd degree burn. It was painful to use the shower itself. I didn’t...

"Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling. "
