Maintenance work on the property's lifts will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the lifts and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.
The credit or debit card used to place the reservation will be required upon arrival to register. The hotel will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, tax, and resort fees, as well as an incidental amount per day to allow access to room charging privileges. Additional authorizations may be placed should the guest's charges exceed the originally approved amount. No staff at the counters, all self serve check in.. prefer to deal with people not computers.. no hair dryer in the room, had to request clean towels as no room service the 4 days there, happened to see a gentleman in a room removing wax from the carpet, we were able to request towels from him…Bathroom sink clogged and took forever to drain, again no staff at concierge to speak to, no numbers to call in the room for help.. very disappointing stay, left a day early.

The place is ok, although it is a bit spread out with their individual building (towers)...The place is located on the far end of the strip which is about an hour's walk to the main side of the strip (Bellagio)... your best bet is to take a rideshare, but they have a designated area for pickups and drop-offs only which depending on which tower or building your room is located in then it could be a bit of a walk for yourself....The place is great if you have kids as they do have a theme park inside with a steel rollercoaster and other rides and attractions. They also have a trapeze act, so if you are not interested in going to the strip, you can definitely find some entertainment within the hotel.

I I didn't like having to cross the street to go to the casino and back to tye building i was at. No internet or wifi in the building. It was trashy looking. The room was nice. The food i ordered a pizza n they grab a box on the counter n had one in it n they warmrd it up n gave it to me. I don't recommended this 0place.
