"My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."

"Everything went well until check-out.. For some reason, our car did not pop-up in the system.. It checked out before we did apparently.. lol.. But they did found it quick. We did spot a ding on the hood of our car that was not there before the trip, but we can't prove that valet did that. Besides all that, check-in was fast and proffessional. The hotel in general was clean, nice and friendly.. I would definetly consider returning on our next trip."

"Always a great stay at Cliffs! Plenty of space if traveling with kids, hot tub is always hot and big enough for several groups . We always stay when we have cheer competition at The Orleans, its about a 15 minute commute and worth it for the convenience of having a full kitchen and BBQ area to save money on eating out."

"Everything was very clean and a lot better than photos. It was in a very good location. 10 minutes walk to strip and target. 30 min walk to Sphere, 15 min walk to Arte museum, 35 min walk to Caesar Palace, Eiffel Tower.. pool was very good. Quiet and safe. Staff were helpful. "
