"Loved the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, safe parking, and good location only ½ mile from Ghirardelli Square. Our only hiccup—we were in a room facing Lombard Street and it was SO loud all night. The hotel itself was extremely quiet. We didn't hear a peep from any of our heighbors. The street noise (which typically doesn’t bother me that much) was extreme. If it weren't for that, I probably wpuld have slept very well because the mattress was very firm and comfortable and...

"The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Free parking was nice obviously but the parking area was clean, well-lit, and on-site which in SF is truly impressive. The garden is tranquil and lovely. Will stay here every time om in the city."

The front desk staff are super friendly and although we were a bit worried it might be too noisy, this turned out to not be an issue at all - even at the front of the property. "The room was spacious! The hotel was centrally located for what we were doing. Parking is tight, but manageable. No frills, nice neighborhood, easy to find. Lots of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. The gentleman who checked us in on 11-10-24 gave us a map with popular local attractions noted. Check in was a breeze. "I enjoyed my stay at the wharf inn, it’s pretty close to fisherman’s wharf like walking distance. There’s a 7 eleven across the street in case you need to buy something other wise there’s also the restaurants by the piers. Rooms where comfortable as well"

"I liked the location, and parking. I didn't like that it was super noisy on Saturday night. Many night clubs in the area and music was super loud. We could not sleep until club closed after 2:00 a.m."
