"The room was spacious! The hotel was centrally located for what we were doing. Parking is tight, but manageable. No frills, nice neighborhood, easy to find. Lots of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. The gentleman who checked us in on 11-10-24 gave us a map with popular local attractions noted. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"The people were so nice and helpful , it was so welcoming and everything is right there, the pool is warm which is nice and it was a great place , there was some people who were drunk that were staying and some drama of cheating but other than that the hotel was great"

"Stay away from here! Too dangerous. Never experienced anything like this before. The inn was surrounded with wanderers and trespassers shouting and fighting. The building/parking lot was dark with no valid lights. The office was closed, lights off, and vacant to the point that we did not attempt to get out of the car for check-in. Broken glasses in the parking lots and the roads surrounding. Safer to sleep on the streets by Ghirardelli Square."
