"Quaint hotel with a lot of character. The 24/7 hotel was great, professional and friendly. The free continental breakfast was very good, and it's worthwhile.to stay just for the antique elevator. That said, rooms are very old and I had to leave the window open to get rid of the dusty smell. This did not bother me at all. "

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's awesome having the italian restaurant in the lobby (with a free happy hour!) Good location for walking and public transport from union square - just avoid walking through the nearby tenderloin district. "

It’s easy to find and convenient location to the freeway and nice staff and onsite parking.
