"We stayed here mostly because of its proximity to CPMC. My wife had an early morning surgery scheduled. The hotel was fine, easy to access from the parking garage. Bed was comfortable. Pillows too large. View interesting out to Van Ness. But in the morning, when we had to leave at 4:45am the parking garage gate would not lift. Would not recognize a credit card (nothing wrong with the card) and when I ran inside to get a printed voucher, would not recognize that either, for at least...

"It’s a perfectly located hotel half mile (8 min walk)from the entrance of Disneyland. It has kind of a retro feel in the main lobby but much more modern updated rooms. The staff is extremely friendly almost like you’re at the Disneyland park. Our room service crew went above and beyond to keep our room tidy, even with having two small children we never came back to a dirty room. "This location is located near Disneyland, taking approximately 15 minutes (with a toddler) to walk to the street entrance of downtown Disney, DL and CA. Our room, with two queen beds was spacious enough for a short stay for our family of five. My 2 (tween) daughters and I enjoyed the large bathroom sink counter top and mirror where the 3 of us could stand side-by-side to get ready for our day!
