First, let me start by saying the hotel was super convenient to get to, especially from the airport. The staff and the aesthetics of the lobby were really good. The bartenders were friendly and personable as well. However, once we got up to the floors for the rooms, it was almost like we were transported to the 70s. There was a horrible aroma throughout the hallways. The floors look completely dated with wood doors, and extremely funky carpets. The carpet in the room wasn’t much better and absolutely needs to go. Also, $75 for valet parking is absolute highway robbery! Please do better.

The AC was broken. Took three trips to the front desk and an hour to get someone to confirm that it was indeed broken before they would give me another room. The next day, the key stopped working, even after being reprogrammed, because the lock battery had died.

My room was dirty and it was very noisy because it was connected to ice machine room. The parking was $75 to have car valet or pay $24 to a place behind hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. Not thrilled that I payed almost $170. I never complain but this was pretty bad.

The offsite parking situation was unclear as I pulled into the hotel. It caused unnecessary stress. That should be something shared at booking. The restaurant food was ok, not great and expensive. Carpet in hotel is old. Shuttle to airport was quick and painless. Staff very friendly. Hotel bathroom was nice.
