"We were evacuated from our home because of the Eaton Fire in California. Our home survived but it was several weeks before we were allowed back into the evacuation area. We've been cleaning up everything from yard waste to soot/ash etc. in our house. We needed a couple of days away for professional cleaning of the interior from smoke damage. We were also helping our Rotary Clubs provide aid for our community. The Langham was a welcome retreat for a couple of nights as all of this was going...
