"First, the bed was AMAZING! Thank you! Second, I requested room service for the next day and we were left with no shower towels! I tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room was not working! I called the front desk from my phone, I asked for towels, I was told no one could bring them to me. I was already in my pajamas. We had had a long day, I had to put on clothes and go to the front desk to get towels. "
