"The price is very decent for the room you get. Room is very clean, and the onsite manager is very kind. But you get just the room (which is OK if that's all you need)! Keep in mind this two-star hotel is located at the edge of the city. It's probably best choice for travelers who drive themselves. It's within 5 to 10 minutes walk to public transportations including Bart train station and several buses. But be prepared to walk through some poorly conditioned areas. "

The only problem and biggest problem is that my room ( actually all the queen rooms) was facing the main street so there was a lot of car noise specially at night when you want to sleep. There is a Trader Joe's and BevMo within walking distance as well as plenty of retail shopping. The only thing the area lacks is walkable fine dining.
