"Very convenient if you want to be very close to Yosemite NP. Older property and bathrooms could use updating. Staff is great, very helpful. Convenience store on property sells everything, food, drinks, coffee, souvenirs and warm clothing. Rooms are oversized, with kitchenette, fireplace and river view. Overall a good stay with easy access into Yosemite. "

"The rooms were pristine, beautifully furnished, clean. However, the hotel is awkwardly spread, and felt like a maze (long hallway as we were offered a quiet room all the way to the end of the building). Lobby is beautiful and inviting. "

"The hotel is beautiful. Very elegant. First class. During my visit the service union that serves the hotel was on strike and picketing outside the hotel entrance. They were horrible! Shouting loudly and banging on metal oil cans from 6am to 10pm. They were obnoxious. It is hard to have sympathy for them. The hotel was otherwise first rate. "
