Great property in great location. Friendly staff. Willing to store luggage before checking in (Marriott across the street was not). Pool tables and lots of other fun games for kids. Comfy beds. Only complaint was street noise was a little loud.

The location is very convenient, safe and clean. Walgreens and Traders Jones nearby. Game room is nice. Free coffee and hotel in the morning. Microwave available. You can travel most of the tourists area easily from here.

Very nice location between Ghirardelli and Pier 39. Close to cable car station with a secure underground parking. On a nice day, we hop on the cable car to go places, but on a rainy day, we drove out our car to Lombard, Sausalito and other places. Best of both world.

The hotel had walking distance access to dining and the waterfront. There is a nice little bar on the ground floor. There is access to candy and limited snacks on the premises.It would be better to have some hot food ( burgers,wings,fries etc.) The overall experience was good and I would stay there again!
