Hotels with Internet in Cozumel

"The property is old and there is some need for upgrading things like beds and shower stalls/tubs…but we go there again and again because the staff is wonderful. The beach is beautiful with some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever seen. Our housekeeping lady (Mercedez) was so kind and by the end of the week we were best friends. It’s a treasure in Cozumel…we know there are nicer hotels but we will probably keep going to El Cozumeleño forever. If you are a princess who needs every aspect of service to be impeccable, this isn’t your hotel. If you travel to other countries to experience the culture and get to know some of the locals, and can appreciate hard work and effort made on your behalf, you’ll be happy there."

"The dining options and quality of food were great. We enjoyed the flexibility of the buffet. It should be stressed more at check in, or booking even, the need for restaurant reservations. It is more of a necessity than a recommendation. The resort app was easy to use and worked well for room service and mini bar refills. The bell staff were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. For evening entertainment, the Tequila Shot Band was excellent! "

"I really enjoyed staying here. The dining area was rarely crowded, the food was passable (at least for a Canadian), the staff at the reception desk, dining hall and maintenance crew were always willing to help. The room I stayed in was great once they cleared up problems with the house phone, tub drain and hot water, which they attended to right away. If I return (I am 79) I’ll certainly stay here again."

"No enough elevators working in our building, only one worked. The sidewalks are very hard to walk, uneven and rocks sticking up which trips people. Everything else was great except for those 2 major issues. Snorkeling was fantastic, the beach was crowded and not enough chairs for guests. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Presidente in Cozumel. Amazing beach with a reef that was as active as others around the island. The food onsite was stellar and the access to town was quick. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Wish I never left! "

"Beautiful small resort though kind of a maze getting around. Cute rooms, good food,great staff!!! I was stung by a jelly fish and staff cleaned my blisters every night - Entertainment was really good and the entertainment manager, who's name unfortunately escapes me :-( was AWESOME!!! If you smoke there are designated areas only and STRICTLY enforced. Lots of animal interaction, coatis, wild pigs, cats (which they have a nice sanctuary for) flamingos, iguanas. Nice pools. We would love to go back. Thank you :-)"

"We had a great time and would definitely return. The rooms are small but clean. We had some water dripping in from what I assume was the AC unit. We didn't make an issue of it, because we didn't want to mess around with changing rooms. The restaurants are hard to get reservations to, but we got a reservation to the Oriental restaurant and it was great. The rest of the time we ate the buffet which always had something we liked. The staff was great, drinks were easy to get. The beach area was beautiful and we spent most of our time there. Great resort to go to especially for families. "
