The hydrotherapy was a superb bonus with our stay and we chose to add on the scalp and neck massages, Richi in the spa made it a very relaxing experience. "Service was great. I did not have any issues, even small ones while i was there. Food at the restaurants was fantastic. Don't do the cruise, stay here, the drinks are included and you can walk out to the beach or pool. Excursions can be arranged with the help of resort staff and those are great. "

"There was no water in the toilet one night of our stay, the sink and flush. Hard to make reservations at the restaurants. But staff are wonderful, willing to help. My pick up to airport didn’t show up, Benitez and the front door person helped me and call the MTS, but I ended up using taxi, otherwise we will not make it to our flight."
