"When I got there no one there they had left a message on the door it was a mobile number to ring, so I rang it no answer. I ended usung another number managed to get through they texted me both door codes. In end got sorted wasn't ideal. "

"I would highly recommend the Access Camden Apartments, large spacious accommodation and in a great location. I come to Camden for a few nights every year and I have stayed at these apartments for the last 5years and never been disappointed. The online check-in facility this year was even better, with clear instructions sent to me in advance, indicating how to gain access to the apartment without having to go to a different location in London to pick up the keys. I look forward to returning again...

"Perfect location for us as we were attending a concert at the o2 arena, Kentish Town during our stay. There’s a lovely coffee shop which offers a great lunch and breakfast literally 2 mins away and then obviously just a stone’s throw away from Camden market and the shops. The room was clean with comfy and nice bathroom. We don’t experience any noise from the pub downstairs. Perfect for us! "

"The location was 0.7 miles from the address in the listing. I was told "that's just a reference address". Extremely frustrating and disappointing because the most important factor I consider when booking is location. I felt misled."

"Disappointed with stay as free WiFi was important since we were from USA and it didn’t work so we had a hard time communicating. Otherwise it was ok not worth the money in our opinion."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was lovely! The rooms were lovely. They were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Added bonus, you can leave your luggage at the hotel after you check out which was fantastic for us. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying again Thank you 😊 "
