"The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk from Bayswater Queensway, tube station, shops, restaurants and also Hyde Park. Converted from London townhouses, the hotel antique in layout and quite charming. There are some caveats though: I was in a single room and while well equipped, it was TINY. The second problem was that it was on the third floor, there is no lift and the staircase is VERY narrow and steep. I had bags and it was a real physical challenge to get them to my room....

"I booked the two top floor (4 bed) rooms for my sister's hen party and it was the best decision of the whole trip. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean and very comfortable. We checked in late in the evening after the receiption closed but they left really great, clear instructions on how to get in and the keysafe so it wasn't a problem at all.
