"I often stay at this hotel when I am in London for business. It's convenient and comfortable, with less street noise than many city hotels. The rooms are well equipped and functional. The AC is efficient and not too noisy. The restaurant does a good club sandwich and the staff are always professional and helpful. I wouldn't stay here for a special ocassion because the price is too high for the standard offered and the rooms need renovating. "

"Pros: excellent location, room size good considering price. Rooms clean and well maintained. On site bar open late, with attentive staff. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor). Suggestions: The Bar/Restaurant bathrooms get a pretty high volume and need to be cleaned more frequently...

"A tiny room with no air conditioner working. Very clean though and quiet along with its great location. Marvellous breakfast. Good WiFi. Strange system for hot water in the shower (I think it was broken). Excellent price."
