Within walking distance are Vietnamese coffee shops and little convenience stores. Rather authentic and not too “touristy”. "

"From check in to check out everything went smoothly here . Upon booking was immediately messaged and welcomed and told prices for ride from airport . Our driver was prompt and safe and picked us up with no problems and good price . Was able to drop our bags while we waited for checkin . Room was decent size for the area and was cleaned daily . The breakfast had plenty of choices everyday and there was a place to refill waters for free . Area was quieter which we loved and would welcome after...

"I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Wonderful stay, in a perfect location as well and although the road was busy you couldn’t hear a sound from the roads. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. "

"I stayed at the Golden Art Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is very conveniently located with loads of restaurants, spas, shopping and sites. There's even a convenience store across the street. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Jasmine and Lily were so nice and offered exceptional service. I'd happily stay here again if I return to Hanoi."

"Booked at this hotel and our room wasn't available (burst pipe???). They took us to a comparable hotel, at no extra charge. Super helpful staff."

"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended."
