"We did not like the Brasas restaurant too much, it was not the best tasting food; however, the Ventanna restaurant buffet was the best food option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ventanna had great food selection and a wide variety of options we liked. Juan was really awesome and we enjoyed the salsa class, and the palates class he taught. We also enjoyed the Aura spa, it was awesome. The massage, reflexology and hydrotherapy were a key aspect of the resort. The rooms were fancy and nice, and the bathrooms were awesome, very clean as well. The staff was so respectful and nice, always attentive and ready to help with anything."

"I had a great stay at Plantinum Princess. The staff were always kind and helpful. The food from the buffet was also good. They had a variety of options to choose from. Although, their snack menu is limited. For dinner, I very much enjoyed Amora and Skylight (extra charge). If you go to Skylight, I recommend the grilled scallops and rack of lamb. So so delicious! Hats off to the female chef there! I also ate at La Bruschetta. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t great. It took 15-20 minutes to get a glass of water. I had to flag someone down to even get service. I ordered my cocktail (lychee or lemon drop) and appetizers. They brought out an espresso martini 30 minutes later. I told him that’s not what I ordered. Came back another 20 minutes later without a new drink only to tell me they don’t have items for either drink. At that point, I was annoyed and just told him I’ll keep the espresso which I barely drank. The mushroom soup was definitely from the bottom of the bowl because there were clumps (it wasn’t mushrooms) in my soup. The frutti di mare risotto was under cooked. I genuinely thought I chipped a tooth with one of the pieces. Thankfully, I didn’t. It did have great flavor which made up for it. The seafood in the risotto wasn’t cleaned well as I also ate some sand. I left very disappointed! I would definitely go back to the resort. I wish they had more fun pool activities or parties on the adult side especially during the day! "

"Everything was perfect and the staff were awesome...also the food options were really good. Except for the slippery floors when it rained. As we tried to walk carefully, we still experience slipping. We have slipped and fell various times during our stay. Luckily we didn't break our necks. Just some scratches my both adult sons got from slipping on the wet steps. Bring some slip resistant shoes/sandles. I hope they apply some slip resistant coating on the tiles or replace them with outdoor slip resistant tiles on their next remodel. "
