"Absolutely loved our stay, from check in the staff were all very friendly and happy to help! We had two twin rooms next to each other, as requested, the view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Rooms do need updating, but they were very clean, warm and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
