"Check-in was a bit confusing. We took the upgrade but end up with only one bed (the kiosk didn’t tell you what configuration you get.) The line at the front desk was so long because of the holidays. Fortunately the call to front desk helps us find another room. The view of the room was okay if the windows have been better cleaned. Free self parking was very helpful. Express checkout was quick and easy. However the cleaning lady kept coming to knock on the door before checking out."

"The room was quite nice as was the bathroom. Easy access to elevators with little waiting despite it being the Christmas holiday. The slots could have been a more generous but otherwise a very enjoyable stay!!"

"Absolutely first class / 5 star hotel. The only thing that we didn't like was the hotness of the room. Third week of December with outside temperate being 40-60*, we were constantly sweating, even after we turned the thermostat all the way down (to 60*)"

"The only issue that I had during our stay was that there was a thick spot of mold on the gray part of the shower door, that was not properly cleaned. Although housekeeping came everyday while we were there, that spot remained. "
