I stayed at this hotel year ago and this year the cleanliness of the rooms was not the same. There was a blood stain on the comforter, there were stains on the shower curtain and we found a cockroach in our room. I alerted the staff and they just said they were sorry and have someone clean the room. I even showed them photos. I will not be staying here again.

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay flying in on a late night flight. The cost was great and we selected a deluxe room with a city view. However, when we got our room keys and walked into the room, the view was the alley way. I called the front desk and was advised they can’t guarantee the room view. They did not have any open rooms to change either. I will say they did accommodate my late night arrival and gave an option for extended check out, which helped immensely! I’d definitely stay again but book through The Linq directly to get the view we want.

Disappointed is an understatement. Room was not as advertised and they stated no other room to move us to as they were "sold out" Do NOT recommend unless you want a dark, dingy, dirty place to stay

the price point is ridiculous for this hotel. our room had stain everywhere. stains on the bed head board, stains on chair's arm, and in the light. hair were found in bed but the worst thing is the front desk. when we ask to switch room they just went in and out to say no room available and we'll have to wait for house keeping to do another round of 'cleaning'. when as for manager they come in and out and pretend like nothing happens without calling the manager, classic.

Property was nice, staff very friendly. But I didn't find our room to be very clean, spatters on the walls and plugged shower drain. Drain was fixed promptly when notified.

I did not get the room that I booked so I had to go to the desk and resolve the issue. I’m disabled and they booked me in a room very far from the elevators. The rooms are small, but I guess people going to Vegas aren’t all that concerned about staying in a room. The hotel is not very accessible for the disabled.
