We got there early and the room was not ready yet, so a lobby staff named Heidy told us to take our room later when we received text message at 4pm. But we didn’t received any text message, so we went to lobby again and then another staff said sorry for the failed check in. The room was good with great view, but the toilet was very bad, I think it is the worst one I’ve ever used in a five star hotel.
