The front desk was understaffed and all the automatic kiosks were broken. It took 45 minutes to check in. The staff was obviously overworked, but they were also very rude. Large pieces of trash were on the floor in my room. The shower floor had a lot of pubic hair on it.

I was supposed to get a fountain view through my reservation I did not. Now the view was nice. My room the wall paper was coming off the wall and there was a stain on the window in a dark red color. The bathroom was not the cleanest

The sink stopper in our room was broken and it wouldn’t drain which was gross when we were brushing teeth and stuff. I’m sure they would have fixed it but it was after midnight when we discovered it. Also the lampshades were askew/broken which is a pet peeve. But the staff was all really nice and helpful.

The unique thing about that property is no one wanna do his job right, after doing the reservation and paying to secure it, arriving at the property what we reserved wasn't available, plus we ve been charged extra fees and when we talked to the receptionist she was one of the most rude and ugly person we ever saw,then we talked to another guy supposedly was helpful and he said the extra money they charge they will be back to our account after 4 working days and here we r after 20 days nothing goes back and we even can't talk to any person to fix it

I liked the location of the property on the strip quite central and had monorail access. I found the resort fees to be exorbitant due to the pool being closed. Only thing was covered by the $50/ night fee was the fitness center and 2 devices on Wi-Fi. I most likely will not stay at any resort on the strip anymore The value (no resort fees)and available entertainment at Fremont St. make it where I will stay in the future
