"After being delayed we decided to stay at the Sofitel. Very easy to get to via the terminal. Very friendly staff at reception. The bar service was excellent and good cocktails. We are in the French restaurant and thought the food was excellent with attentive staff. Fantastic wine too. After a hectic few days I slept for 12 hours solid. Very unusual for me but found the bed very comfortable. "

"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. "Perfect for my needs. Very simple check in much quicker than a hotel. Parking on drive great room en suite. Host a sound guy. Perfect for kew station and the gardens. I will stay here next summer when i visit london for the gardens"
