"Very nice place. Professional and helpful staff. The crazed salad was especially delicious. Good fish in fish and chips. Great choice of breakfast. The staff are very nicely dressed. Very nice place to stay!"

"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."

"Booked for a double room but it was so tiny. A functional Shoebox realyl ! Same for the bathroom. Room was fairly clean but the window ledge and surroundings were dirty. Very hot in the room and no way to open the window for ventilation. The location is great and very close to amenities and tube station "

"As a place to stay on our last night on holiday the hotel is well coated for Heathrow. The room was clean, well appointed and while the prices for drinks and snacks weren’t cheap, we were able to eat and have a relaxing last night before our flight. The breakfast was very good - and whoever runs the hotel knows their stuff - the service from all staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. "
