We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. "Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

"The property was modern and clean and very warm. The position of the property was very good. The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. ...

"Elevator doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like it will be repaired even if there’s a sign saying it might get repaired. Booked for 4 people to stay but only 1 towel. Other units seem like long term rentals for young workers. Seems like an old office building converted into apartments. Best to just stay at a hotel for the price"

"I was disappointed in the area, was expecting it to be nicer since it is so close to the airport. Finding buses, train etc was good. The accommodations was not as expected as advertised on the website. Communication with the rental office is only by email."

"Awesome property, clean and so cozy with nice tea and treats in the room. A couple of the staff seemed a little snooty, and I wish the hotel offered more convenient dining options, as we flew in at 4:00pm quite hungry and nothing was open. We ended up dining at the very high end restaurant on the property as soon as it opened at 6:00pm. It was delicious but very pricey. "
